S.L. 595.13 ст. 23Right to put appropriate questions.

In fulfilling the obligation referred to in regulation 22, any member of the Board may ask appropriate questions to the representative of any procuring entity as well as to the members of the respective adjudication boards and to have recourse to all pertinent documentation.
