S.L. 595.13 ст. 20Power of the Chairperson to determine the procedure for hearing.

The Chairperson shall have the power to determine the procedure for the hearing of all complaints lodged with the Board and shall ensure that during the public hearing all interested parties are given the opportunity to make their case.
