S.L. 595.13 ст. 13Direct or indirect interest in a contract.

Any member of the Board who may have a direct or indirect interest in any contract which becomes the subject of a complaint shall inform the Chairperson in writing of such interest in which case the member shall be precluded from further participation in the hearing of the complaint.
