The provider or, where applicable, the authorised representative shall register high-risk AI systems referred to in point 2

of Annex III of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 with the Malta Digital Innovation Authority in the manner as may be prescribed from time to time by the Malta Digital Innovation Authority, including by virtue of guidelines or other binding documentation.
