S.L. 591.2 ст. 8Infringements.
Title III of Regulation (EU) 2019/881;
Article 42 of the Act shall apply to infringements of these regulations, infringements of the provisions of Title II of Regulation (EU) 2019/881 and to infringements of European cybersecurity certification schemes.
