S.L. 586.8 ст. 46Relationship with previously concluded international agreements in the field of judicial cooperation in criminal matters and police

Any international or bilateral agreement involving the transfer of personal data to third countries or international organisations which were concluded by Malta prior to 6 May 2016 and which comply with applicable Union law shall remain in force until amended, replaced, or revoked.
