S.L. 549.124 ст. 8Collection of information.

The competent authority may prepare forms, questionnaires and other records for the collection of information related to the activity of any sources deemed relevant to the compilation of any of the reporting obligations listed in regulation 6 and shall specify the date or the period within which these forms, questionnaires and other records, completed with the requested information, shall be returned to the competent authority.
