Any person who prior to the entry into force of these regulations was licensed under, and any licence issued under the

Electricity Regulations, 2004 and the Electricity Market Regulations, shall be deemed to have been licensed or to have been issued under these regulations, and the provisions of these regulations shall mutatis apply to that person and licence: mutandis

Provided that such person may continue to perform such operations or activities as licensed under existing licence conditions, unless required by the Regulator to apply for a new licence under these regulations:

Provided further that any such person shall comply with such licence conditions as established in the new licence that maybe issued by the Regulator with effect from such date that the Regulator may establish.
