S.L. 545.3 ст. 32Damage caused to any part of the service.

The water supply may also be discontinued if the seals of a meter fixed in a tenement are tampered with, or if any damage is caused to any part of the service, wilfully or by neglect. In every such case, the consumer shall be responsible for any such damage.
