The provisions dealing with access, inspection, modification or tampering of meters found in the Electricity Supply

Regulations shall mutatis mutandis apply to installation operators under these regulations in the same manner as provided for in those regulations. FIRST SCHEDULE

(Regulation 7) Total maximum cogeneration unit electricity capacity MWe that may be approved for the payment of the proxy for the market price per annum for any electricity generated and sold to the distribution system operator from such cogeneration unit capacity shall be 3MWe each year.
