For all intents and purposes relating to the Small Business

Act, the right of representation of micro and small businesses as defined in Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC of the 6th May 2003, is hereby being vested in the entities representing employers in terms of article 2 of the Malta Council for Economic and Social Development Act defining the term ‘social partners’.
