Without prejudice to the rights contained in the Transport

Enforcement Officers Regulations, these regulations shall not be construed as prohibiting any authorised official from the Local

Enforcement System Agency or any Police officer from enforcing any provisions of these regulations, and whenever an official of the Local Enforcement System Agency or the Police investigates or acts upon a breach of these regulations, such official shall, by virtue of this regulation, be vested with all the powers and rights conferred to the Authority’s enforcement officers, and the Authority shall, without delay, exchange all necessary information with the said official and facilitate their investigations or enforcement actions.
