For the services provided by the Authority or its contractor, as the case may be, and specified in the First, Second, Third,

Fourth, Fifth and Seventh Schedules, there shall be payable the appropriate rates shown in the said Schedules and the provision of such services shall be subject to any conditions contained in those

Schedules: Provided that notwithstanding the provisions of these regulations, the Authority may enter into special agreements in respect of any matter referred to in these regulations in place of any rates leviable under these regulations.
