(1) Any person who intends to operate indoor and, or outdoor shooting ranges as provided for in the Act may apply to the

Commissioner for a target shooting range licence.

(2) An applicant must produce a valid medical certificate attesting to his physical and psychological fitness for the purposes of this regulation.

(3) Any person who intends to operate a range in accordance with sub-regulation (1) shall obtain the endorsement of the owner of the site.
