S.L. 474.3 ст. 2Definitions. Cap. 474.

In these regulations unless the context otherwise requires-

(a) "Centre" means the Malta Mediation Centre established by article 3 of the Mediation Act;

(b) "Minister" means the Minister responsible for Justice;

(c) "Registrar" means the Registrar of the Mediation Centre.
