S.L. 464.15 ст. 2Interpretation. Cap. 464.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -

"the Act" means the Health Care Professions Act;

"the Council" means the Council for Nurses and Midwives, established under article 21 of the Act;

"licence" means a licence to practise the profession of a nurse, issued under these regulations.
