In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the Malta Enterprise Act;

"Corporation" means Malta Enterprise Corporation as established under the Act;

"Commission" means the Commission for the Rights of Persons with Disability as established under article 21 of the Equal Opportunities (Persons with Disability) Act;

"disability" means a long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory impairment which in interaction with various barriers may hinder one’s full and effective participation in society on an equal basis with others;

"Guidelines" means such guidelines as may be published by the Corporation from time to time in terms of the Act.
