S.L. 460.40 ст. 8Non-enforcement of manifestly unfounded or abusive third country judgments.

The court shall ensure that the recognition and enforcement of a third-country judgment in Court proceedings against public participation by a person domiciled in a Member State is refused, if those proceedings are considered to be manifestly unfounded or abusive under this order.
