S.L. 452.166 ст. 4Over-time.

Whole-time employees shall be paid overtime at the following rates:

(1) Hospitals

(a) for all time worked in excess of the ordinary hours of work on any day of the week, including any weekly day of rest except Sundays or customary holidays............................................................. time-and-a-half;

(b) for all time worked on Sundays or customary holidays................................................................... double-time.

(2) Clinics

(a) for all time worked in excess of the ordinary hours of work on any day except Sundays or customary holidays............................................................ time-and-a-half;

(b) for all time worked on Sundays or customary holidays..................................................................double-time.
