S.L. 452.13 ст. 3Interpretation.

The term "wholesale, retail and ancillary trades" means -

(a) wholesale merchants, distributors, importers, exporters, commission agents, wholesale and marketing cooperatives;

(b) retailers, lending libraries, auctioneers, hairdressers, consumers’ cooperatives, photographic studios;

but excludes any shop which is run directly under the management of a hotel or of a club as part of the amenities thereof or which is given out under contract for the purpose of increasing those amenities.
