S.L. 445.7 ст. 13The Office to publish pertinent guidelines and forms.

(1) Guidelines shall be published by the Office in the

Gazette and made available at a publicly accessible website on the internet of the Office or the Agency.

Conduct of the Office together with the eligibility criteria, procedures and requirements of applications, and all the forms used by the Office and the relevant fees.

(3) If such guidelines are amended, the Office shall immediately publish an updated version of the guidelines in the Gazette and make them available at a publicly accessible website on the internet of the Office or the Agency.
