S.L. 445.5 ст. 2Interpretation.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"the Act" means the Cultural Heritage Act;

"Heritage Malta" means the operating agency established in terms of article 8 of the Act;

"international student and youth card holders" means those persons who present the International Student Identification Card (ISIC), or Euro‹26, or are members of the International Committee of Museums (ICOM) or of the International Committee of Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS); "the Minister" means the Minister responsible for museums, sites and collections; "museums, sites and collections" means the museums, sites and collections contained in the Schedule I; "public holiday" shall have the same meaning as is assigned to it by the National Holidays and other Public Holidays Act.
