S.L. 442.3 ст. 21Responsibility of the Chair.

(1) The management and conduct of the office of the

Committee and the administrative control of any of its employees shall be the responsibility of the Chair.

(2) The terms and conditions of any employees of the Committee shall be comparable with those of employees in the service of the Government and shall be established by the Committee with the concurrence of the Minister.
