S.L. 439.13 ст. 38Application for project authorisation.

The Department shall establish a monitoring and enforcement system to ensure that an application for a project authorisation is submitted by the user or the person responsible for the project. The application shall include at least the following:

(a) the project proposal;

(b) a non-technical project summary; and

(c) information on the elements set out in Schedule VI.
