If, after the officially approved measures referred to in

Section III(C) of Schedule III have been taken, the presence of potato cyst nematodes is not confirmed, the Director shall ensure that the official record referred to in regulations 4(4) and 8(1) and

(2) is updated and any restrictions imposed on the field are revoked.
