S.L. 431.4 ст. 3Interpretation. Cap. 431.

(1) For the purposes of these regulations unless the context otherwise requires:

"the Act" means the Malta Council for Economic and Social Development Act;

"Commission" means the Low Wage Commission established in accordance with regulation 4;

"Council" means the Malta Council for Economic and Social Development established by virtue of article 3 of the Act.

(2) Save as otherwise provided in these regulations, the definitions provided for in the Act shall apply to these regulations.
