(1) An applicant for a permit in terms of articles 26

and 27 of the Act and in terms of regulation 4 of the Aquaculture

Operations Regulations shall pay to the Director the fees specified in the First Schedule.

(2) The one-time administrative fee and, where applicable, the one-time approval fee specified in the First Schedule shall be credited by the Director to the Aquaculture Fund established under the

Aquaculture Operations Regulations.
