S.L. 399.33 ст. 5Conditions on which permission to use apparatus may be granted.

The Authority may, when an application is made to it in conformity with these regulations, attach to the grant of such permission conditions -

(a) providing against interference with any other station;

(b) requiring that transmission be forthwith discontinued on a request from the Authority or from any fixed shore station;

(c) forbidding protracted signalling by the use of apparatus transmitting other than pure continuous waves.
