S.L. 386.32 ст. 4Minimum share capital.

The authorised share capital of a youth enterprise shall not be less than one hundred euro (€100) and not more than twenty thousand euro (€20,000):

Provided that the minimum paid up share capital on the formation of the youth enterprise shall be of one hundred euro (€100) fully paid-up by each member in the youth enterprise:

Provided further that all members shall have equal voting rights in the youth enterprise, regardless of the extent of their contribution.
