In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"the Act" means the Companies Act;

"Agency" means the Malta Business Registry established by article 3 of the Malta Business Registry (Establishment as an Agency) Order;

"Fund" means the fund established in accordance with regulation 3;

"Official Receiver" means the person appointed by the Minister pursuant to article 225 of the Act;

"recovery procedure" shall be construed in accordance with article 329B of the Act;

"Special Controller" means a person appointed by the Court in accordance with article 329B of the Act from the list held by the Official Receiver in accordance with these regulations.
