S.L. 37.13 ст. 2Interpretation.

(1) For the purposes of these regulations and unless the context otherwise requires -"the Convention" means the “Convention drawn up on the basis of Article K.3 of the Treaty of European Union on mutual assistance and co-operation between customs administrations” done in Brussels on the 18th December, 1997, also known as "Naples II", signed by the Government of Malta on the 25th June, 2007; "the Reservations" means the Reservations made by the Government of Malta to the Convention.

(2) Unless otherwise defined in these regulations, or unless the context otherwise requires, words and expressions used in these regulations shall have the same meaning assigned to them in the Convention.
