In this order unless the context otherwise requires:-

"Act" means the Trading Licences Act; "Council" means Local Council as established in the Local Government Act;

"locality" shall have the same meaning assigned to it by the Local Government Act;

"Minister" means the Minister responsible for Local Government;

"regulatory authority" shall have the same meaning assigned to it by the Act.
