All commercial establishments in Isla selling beverages shall affix a notice in Maltese as well as in English as shown in the

Schedule, which notice shall be placed in a conspicuous place and be easily legible by patrons of such commercial establishment.

6.1. Any owner of any establishment who is in breach of any of the provisions of these Bye-Laws shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (ammenda) of seventy euro (€70) for each contravention, and to a further fine (ammenda) of fifteen euro (€15) for every day during which any of the provisions of these Bye-Laws is breached.

6.2 Any person who is in breach of any of the provisions of PUBLIC PLACES (ISLA LOCAL COUNCIL)

these Bye-Laws shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (ammenda) of seventy euro (€70).
