S.L. 363.160 ст. 11Dissolution of the Committee by the Minister.

The Minister may, by Order in the Gazette acting in accordance with the advice of the Director, dissolve the Committee upon the occurrenced of any one of the following reasons:

(a) a report from the Auditor General of serious or persistent breach of financial responsibilities; or

(b) persistent non-observance of the provisions of these regulations after formal notice has been given by the Minister after consulting the Director; or

(c) when the annual estimates are not approved by the Committee; or

(d) when a recommendation is made to that effect in a report by a Board of Inquiry appointed for the purposes of the provisions of these regulations.
