S.L. 36.16 ст. 21Removal to sanitary airport.

If the medical officer considers that there should be applied to an aircraft which alights elsewhere than at a sanitary airport, or to any person carried thereon, measures pursuant to these Regulations which can be applied only at a sanitary airport, he may direct that the aircraft or any such person shall proceed to a sanitary airport, and he shall give the commander notice in writing of the direction and of the reasons for the direction.
