S.L. 35.41 ст. 2. Interpretation Cap. 595.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Department" means the Public Works Department;

"Minister" means the Minister responsible for the Public Works Department;

"Park" means the Malta National Park at Ta’ Qali as indicated in the Second Schedule;

"Unit" means the body established by article 9 of the

Public Administration Act responsible for the management of the Park.
