Applications for an employment licence in terms of article 11(3) of the Immigration Act (Cap. 217), in respect of:

(a) Family members of third country Payable on issue: national long-term residents in their first year €60 of residence

(b) Asylum seekers, recognised refugees, beneficiaries of subsidiary protection and persons granted analogous Payable on issue: forms of protection €60

(c) All other third country nationals Payable on application: €250

(d) Third country nationals applying for Payable on a secondary employment licence application: €150

(e) EU nationals and their family Payable on members, long term residents who are application: €60 entitled to a backdated employment licence
