S.L. 330.9 ст. 116Exchange of information on penalties and maintenance of a central database.

Subject to professional secrecy requirements referred to in regulation 84, the Authority and, or the Resolution Committee, as the case may be, shall inform the EBA of all administrative penalties imposed by them under regulation 114 and of the status of that appeal or outcome thereof for the purpose of publication of administrative penalties on the central databases of the EBA, which the Authority and the Resolution Committee shall consult, where appropriate, in the carrying out of their functions and duties.
