Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-regulations (3B)

and (6A) of regulation 4 of the regulations, holders of licences of Categories "A", "B" and "C" in line with regulation 3 shall have their licences renewed by an additional one year, provided that they fulfil all other conditions at law, until such time as their refresher course, oral test, interview or written test is held and results notified.
