S.L. 327.669 ст. 4Eligibility to offer Postgraduate Courses.

(1) Postgraduate Courses shall be proposed by the

Board duly authorised to offer Postgraduate Courses in that particular

Area of Study and approved by Senate through Bye-Laws for the purpose.

(2) Postgraduate Courses may be offered jointly by more than one Faculty, in which case the Board of Studies appointed by Senate shall include representation from each Faculty.
