(1) If there are more eligible applicants of Maltese and other

EU/EEA states nationality than there are places available, applicants from this group shall be selected by the University Admissions Board, after seeking the advice of the Admissions Committee of the Faculty of

Dental Surgery, in accordance with the criteria for selection as specified in regulation 6.

(2) If there are more eligible applicants of non-EU/EEA nationality than there are places available, applicants from this group shall be selected as indicated in paragraph (5) of regulation 6.

(3) If there are more eligible applicants of holders of the degree of Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Dental Hygiene or Dental Technology than there are places available, applicants from this group shall be selected as indicated in regulation 7. M.D.S. - DEGREE COURSE
