S.L. 31.21 ст. 2Interpretation. Cap. 31. Cap. 101.

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -"drug" means a drug or chemical listed in the Third Schedule to the Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance and any drug to which the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance refers;

"Superintendent" means the Superintendent of Public Health;

"practitioner" means a medical practitioner, dental surgeon or dentist.
