S.L. 291.2 ст. 10Penalties due to Authorities.

Penalties, including additional penalties and expenses, related to proceedings under any law or regulation the enforcement of which has not been delegated to the Local Councils, and, which may, according to the provisions of the Act be due to an Authority shall be collected on its behalf by the person having the legal representation of that Authority.
