Subject to the provisions of the Prisons Act, and of these to regulations, every correctional services officer, who has been in the

Department of Correctional Services for ten years or upwards, may be granted a pension at the rate of one four-hundred and fiftieth of his pensionable emoluments for each complete month of pensionable service, subject to the limit described in regulation 5.
