In this Order:

"the Act" means the Postal Services Act;

"company" means the company called ‘MaltaPost p.l.c.’ which holds a licence under article 7 of the Act to provide the postal services under the Maltapost p.l.c. Licence (Modification) Regulations and the Postal Services (Designation of Universal

Service Providers) Order.
