S.L. 161.1 ст. 13Personsunderlegal disability.

If the stockholder of any stock becomes of unsound mind or otherwise subject to legal disability, anything which under these Regulations may be done by or in relation to such stockholder may be done by or in relation to the person, if any, having power in law to administer the property of such stockholder, subject to the prior production to the Accountant General of documentary proof of such power to the satisfaction of the Accountant General.
