Foreign and international organisations which carry on activities in Malta on a regular basis, and to which article 2(4) of the Second Schedule, Civil Code is applicable, shall apply to register the organisation with the Registrar for Legal Persons in

Malta and provide details of the registered address and other information as required in the prescribed form.
