S.L. 16.5 ст. 3Conditions for qualification as an "overseas adoption".

An adoption referred to in article 2 shall only qualify as an overseas adoption under this Order if it:

(a) creates a permanent parent-child relationship; and

(b) takes place in accordance with the Convention.
