Subject to the provisions of the Property Market Agency

Act, 2024, all laws, rules, regulations, orders, judgements, documents, warrants and working arrangements, subsisting immediately before the coming into force of the same Act, affecting the Licensing Board established under the Real Estate Agents, Property Brokers and Property Consultants Act shall have effect against or in favour of the Agency and shall be enforceable in its entirety as if, instead of the Licensing Board, the Agency had been named therein or had been a party thereto, as the case may be.
