Every licence holder and registered partnership shall by not later than the 30th of June of each year file an annual return with the Agency on such form as the Agency shall prescribe indicating all transactions in respect of which the licence holder received brokerage fees during the previous calendar year:

Provided that the first return under this article shall be due to be filed by the 30th of June 2025 in respect of brokerage fees received during the calendar year 2024.
